How Rich Is Rich?

Just how rich a person must be to be considered financially independent?

To the question “How Rich is Rich”, there are no specific answers.

The possibility that there will be differences of opinion between two people who may have the same financial status in life. We can expect even a clear difference in responses between two people who are not in the same financial status.

Some answers may sound like the following:

* Someone who is wealthy if he has a net worth of at least one million dollars.
* Someone who is wealthy if he is completely free of debt.
* Someone who is wealthy if he can live the lifestyle he chose to have.
* Someone who is rich if he owns a home, growing business, able to take a trip every year, and bought most of the luxuries in life.
* Someone who is wealthy if he is able to give to charity.

Actually, there is no line that divides a person’s financial status are considered wealthy or not.

Wealth is in the eye of the beholder. For some (not necessarily financial wealth), health is wealth even if their pockets are not.

However, others may find spiritual wealth as their main priority.

Even for the rich, never have enough wealth. That is why we see people who are very rich still continue to make their assets grow.

Financially speaking, if you have an income higher than your expenses (including reasonable luxuries) and the value of your assets stay ahead of inflation, you can consider them financially independent.

Financial income does not retire by age.

That is why; there is a need to make money work for you, which brings us back to the importance of financial literacy and why the financial knowledge is better than money itself.

During the financial mind you keep on working, there will never be a hole in your pocket.

True wealth is all in the mind.
